With over 20 years of mental health and addictions counselling experience, Rachael's mission is to offer a welcoming space that invites her clients to not only feel safe, but also one that gives them the ability to focus on their healing needs.

Rachael has in-depth experience offering individual therapy, psychoeducation, and coaching for such things as substance abuse, concurrent disorders, trauma, life skill building, family education, problem gambling / Internet / gaming addictions, recovery goals, and relapse prevention along with case management.

Rachael's approach encompasses multiple therapeutic styles, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
