Jim Hall

Jim joined the Cadence team in September 2023. He comes with a career spanning 40 years; beginning with youth in detention, moving to Covenant House working with street kids and then a 20-year span working at the Shoniker Clinic in Scarborough, developing and coordinating the group therapy program. During this time Jim was also the lead in a specialized group program for men who had suffered from childhood sexual trauma which ran for 20 years.

Prior to joining Cadence, Jim worked for 6 years as the senior trauma specialist at Greenestone Centre for Recovery. During this tenure he helped clients with addiction and trauma in all adult populations, extensively with veterans and active military personnel with the Canadian Armed Forces. During his time, a specific military trauma program was developed, to include group and individual work; this program is now exclusive to Cadence Health & Wellness Inc.
